start from teenager until adult person. Even we know what the effect that we
will get, sometimes we will satisfied, and more possible we will disappointed.
So that is why, we must be careful to do this transaction. Because there are a
lot of deceptions that happen in this situation. We have to be a smart buyer to
choosing and trusting online shop as well to avoid the bad things that possible
to come whenever. If we are not careful about this, it is possible we will
become a victim’s deception also.

Shopping can be categorized as a hoby for some people,
especially for woman. In the past time, if we wants to buy something we must go
to one store to another store. But, right now technology already give us easier
way to do the shopping itself via internet. We can buy anything even if we are

The internet users which was only two million people in
2000 become 25 million users in 2008 (internetworldstats.com, data until 2008).

interest than real store. People can sell or buy something via online shop that
give them simple way to do shopping even if online shop has strength and
weakness as well, but they still do that.

This cause also makes internet users feel easy to access

When the buyer get the product that already delivered by
the seller, but in the reality the product really different with what we hoped,
such as different material, different colour, different size, etc. When we do
the complain, the seller will give so many reasons to solve the complain. The
claim process will take longer than the process to buy. So, online shop that
has good quality will give priority to customer satisfication. We have to be a
smart buyer. When we want to buy something via internet, good online shop must
have testimonies to make the customer trust with their business.

service are not only deliver our product, so many product that will sent by

season come like Idul Fitri, New Year, Chrismast, and soon. It usually spend
our time 3-7 days only to waiting for the product. It is also as a weakness of
online shop, even if not merely online shop mistakes. But, the customer thinks
that if the service is very slowly.
- The dangers of consumerism and waste
Get used only to just buy for something that we need, so it
is not too extravagant. But usually for someone who addict online shop can’t
stop this hoby.
